GAVY Final Exam : Teaching Video

Module 15 Intro

Module 15 covers much detail of the FULL Finishing Sequence. You will see Gannon here covering in detail the practicing, guiding, and adjusting.

Even though your Online Ashtanga Certification does not include the FULL Finishing Sequence, seeing how it all fits together here will help you understand how and why we extract the Abridged Finishing Sequence that we use in the GAVY Puzzle System, of only 8 Puzzle Pieces.

Ultimately, these more advanced practices are included in the Level 2 Online Ashtanga Certification.

There is also some juicy Yoga Dealer Story Time with Gannon in this Module 15.

NOTE: Please don’t be confused bo some of the numbering of videos that may seem out of order. And dont think that you are missing some videos because of this. These videos are extracted from a more extensive training that includes content and lessons that are not covered in this particular Online Training. Thus those other numbered videos are omitted here.

14.1 How To Give Good Shavasana

15.3 Full Finishing Sequence, Guided

Ashtanga Yoga with Michael Gannon brings the magic of an Ashtanga Yoga class directly to your iPhone. Just put your phone down on your yoga mat and begin your practice. It’s like having your own teacher there with you.
