Module 11 Intro

Module 11 is only an additional GAVY Exam Review & Discussion (11.7). It covers content from Exam #1 and Exam #2. As Gannon goes into deeper detail about many, many details on the Ashtanga Theory, it is a great suppport tool for your clarification and study.

NOTE: Please don’t be confused bo some of the numbering of videos that may seem out of order. And dont think that you are missing some videos because of this. These videos are extracted from a more extensive training that includes content and lessons that are not covered in this particular Online Training. Thus those other numbered videos are omitted here.
